ডেলিভারির সময় আপনার পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, বা ভুল হলে, 3 দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন 3 দিন পরে ফেরত অনুরোধ গ্রহণ করা হবে না। 

রিটার্ন,রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জ এর ক্ষেত্রে, সকল আইটেম অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, আসল প্যাকেজিং, সীল এবং ট্যাগ সংযুক্ত আকারে, সাথে আসা সকল আনুষাঙ্গিক, ম্যানুয়াল এবং ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড সহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।

রিটার্ন,রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জ এর জন্য পাঠানো সকল আইটেম প্রথমে গুণমান পরীক্ষা করে নিশ্চিত করা হয় যে সেগুলি আসল অবস্থায় ফেরত দেওয়া হয়েছে। যদি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ অবস্থায় আমাদের কাছে ফেরত দেওয়া হয়, তখন আমরা এটি আপনার কাছে ফেরত পাঠানোর অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

যেসব কারণে আপনার রিটার্ন,রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জ এর আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবেনা - 

শারীরিক ক্ষতি বা পোড়া আইটেম বা স্ক্র্যাচ থাকলে

ক্লিয়ারেন্স বিক্রি আইটেম

যদি সীল ছিঁড়ে যায় বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়

যেকোন আনুষাঙ্গিক বা চার্জার বা অ্যাডাপ্টার

কোনো ধরনের উপহার সামগ্রী যার মূল্য পরিশোধ করা হয়নি 

পণ্যটি যদি পুনরায় বিক্রয়যোগ্য অবস্থায় না থাকে

যদি আইটেমটির সাথে সমস্ত আনুষাঙ্গিক, কাগজপত্র এবং অন্যান্য জিনিস যা বিতরণ করা হয়েছিল তা অন্তর্ভুক্ত না করে

যদি কোনো থার্ড পার্টি অ্যাপ বা সফটওয়্যার বা ডিভাইস সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ না হয়

আপনার অর্ডার পাঠানোর আগে আপনি যেকোনো সময় অর্ডারটি বাতিল করতে পারেন। অর্ডার বাতিলের জন্য অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের হেল্পলাইনে 01616-500136 নম্বরে কল করুন অথবা আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজে ইনবক্স করুন।

রিফান্ড পলিসি 

যদি আপনার রিফান্ড আবেদনটি গ্রহণ করা হয়, তবে আপনি পরবর্তী ৭-১0 কার্যদিবসে রিফান্ড পেয়ে যাবেন 

আপনি যদি কার্ড ব্যবহার করে আমাদের অর্থ প্রদান করেন, তাহলে আমরা ব্যাঙ্কে ফেরত দেওয়ার অনুরোধ করব যার জন্য 7-10 কার্যদিবস সময় লাগবে।(কমার্শিয়াল ব্যাঙ্কের উপর নির্ভর করে ক্রেডিট কার্ড পেমেন্ট রিটার্ন আরও বেশি সময় নিতে পারে)

আপনি যদি বিকাশ/রকেট/মোবাইল ব্যাঙ্কিং এর মাধ্যমে আমাদের পেমেন্ট করেন, তাহলে আপনার টাকা ৭-১0 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার কাঙ্খিত অ্যাকাউন্টে যোগ করা হবে।

ডেলিভারি চার্জের জন্য কোন রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবেনা 

ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসি

প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টি বহন করে এমন ইলেকট্রনিক আইটেমগুলির ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করার জন্য, অনুগ্রহ করে সরাসরি প্রস্তুতকারক/অনুমোদিত ডিলারের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

কেবল, অ্যাডাপ্টার, চার্জার ইত্যাদিতে কোন ওয়ারেন্টি নেই।

Return Policy

Thank you for visiting Keyan.com.bd where we are engaged in providing you with a pleasurable shopping experience, day in and day out. In case of a Return and Refund or exchange, we offer our customers a ‘Return and/ Refund Policy’ within three (03) days of delivery.

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within 3 days. Please note After 3 days the return request will not be processed

All items must be returned in original form (unused, unworn, original packaging, seals, and tags attached), along with all the accessories, manuals, and warranty cards that came with it.

All items sent for a return first go through a quality check to ensure they are returned in the original condition. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Your ‘Return and/or Refund’ won’t be applicable for the followings - 

Physical Damage or burn items, any scratches

Clearance sell items

If the intact seal is torn or damaged 

Any accessories or Charger or Adapter

Any kinds of gift items which is not paid

If the item is not in resellable conditions

If the item does not include all the accessories, papers, and other things that were delivered

If any 3rd party app or software or device is not compatible

Refund Policy

If your refund application is accepted, then you will get a refund within the next 7-10 working days. 

If you pay us by using card, then we will request a refund in bank which will take 7-10 working days. (credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)

If you pay us by bkash/rocket/mobile banking, then your money will be added in your desired account within 7-10 working days.

You won’t get a refund for delivery charges

Warranty Policy 

In order to claim a warranty on our selection of electronic items that bear the manufacturer’s warranty, kindly contact the manufacturer/authorized dealer directly.

There is no warranty on Cable, adapter, charger, etc.
